1. Order Processing
All orders are processed and sent to our production team within 1–3 business days of purchase.
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking link.
2. Where Your Order Ships From
Each item is shipped directly from our overseas production partner. This direct-to-consumer approach allows us to keep our quirky designs affordable for you!
Rest assured, every order is fully tracked from our partner's facility right to your front door.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated Delivery: Orders typically arrive within 17 business days after the processing period (and often sooner!).
Please note: Delivery times can occasionally vary slightly due to carrier handling, your specific location, and local customs processing.
4. Tracking Your Package
A tracking number will be emailed to you the moment your order leaves the facility so you can follow its journey.
Tracking Pauses: If your tracking hasn't updated for a few days, please don't worry. It is completely normal for international tracking to pause between major scans (such as waiting for customs clearance or a trans-pacific flight).
5. Late or Missing Orders
We are a small team and we truly take care of our customers. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, please email us with your Order Number.
We will investigate and track it down for you. If the package is determined to be genuinely lost in transit, we will promptly send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
6. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you spot a mistake after checking out, contact us immediately. We will do our absolute best to update the information before the order ships.
7. Customs & Duties (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside the United States, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your destination country are the customer's responsibility.
These fees are determined by your local government and are not included in our item prices or shipping costs.
